Day 15 - BLU Win Jr Works with Bell Mobility x Speaker Volume

I've been using the BLU Win Jr. on the Bell Mobility network in Canada for the past 2 weeks. The data and picture messaging / MMS didn't work at first until I put in their APN settings.
Here's how to input those setting.

Bell Mobility Data APN for the BLU Win Jr.
  1. Settings > cellular+SIM > SIM 1 or 2 settings (whichever one has the Bell SIM) > edit internet APN
  2. Then in the APN field, enter: pda.bell.ca
  3. Hit save or the floppy disk icon

MMS Picture Video Messaging APN
  1. Settings > cellular+SIM > SIM 1 or 2 settings (whichever one has the Bell SIM) > edit MMS APN
  2. Then in the APN field, enter: pda.bell.ca
  3. MMSC (URL): http://mms.bell.ca/mms/wapenc
  4. MMSC port: 80
  5. IP type: IPv4v6
  6. Hit save or the floppy disk icon

The service with Bell has been pretty consistent and I always get HSPA+/- data speeds. I've had one dropped call but that was because I was encased in concrete in a terminal beneath a 6 story building. The earpiece speaker volume could be a bit louder. It's hard to hear if there's a lot of ambient noises.

Quick Tip: Track your monthly data usage with the Data Sense feature. Set it up by going into your app list then tapping on Data Sense. From there, tap on the gear icon on the bottom, and then the set limit button. On this screen, fill in the info as it relates to your data plan and the feature will do the rest.
